While enjoying the bamboo architecture, everything that is prepared by our passionate kitchen team is produced from our very own organic farm and local source in support of the villagers’ livelihood while maintaining freshness on every meal!
At least 90% of the ingredients we use are Indonesian produce. We use no preservatives, MSG, artificial colouring, or sweeteners. On top of this, we prioritise managing our waste sustainably. All proceeds are channeled directly to the Sumatran Orangutan Conservation Programme (SOCP) to support the conservation of Orangutans in Sumatra.
